Magnus Owe – cinematography

An incredibly artistic and stylistic individual, with a keen eye for details. Met director Martin Sofiedal while they both studied film at Westerdals in Oslo. Has since worked on several projects together, with everything from short films, web series and commercial work. Most notably, Magnus shot the Uncharted fan film which garnered international praise.

His work also includes shooting and editing the popular norwegian talk show ”Karl Johan” as well as several other high profile projects.

He currently lives in Oslo, doing freelance camera and design work.

Go Electra – post-production

An award-winning production and post-production company. Has done post-production on feature films like ”Supervention”, ”Supervention 2”, ”Hunting Flies” and ”Villmark Asylum”, and TV-productions ”Farmen”, ”Costa del Kongsvik”, ”Brokers 2” and ”Norwegian Idol”. Has also done commercial work for Nike, Telenor, Marine Harvest, Coop Mega, Skoda and Hafslund, the latter won an award at the Cannes Corporate Media & TV Awards.

Go Electra is responsible for producing, color grading and sound mixing ”Instapocalypse” .

Cecilie Svendsen

Cecilie grew up on the west coast of Norway in a small town called Haugesund, where she in her early years started acting in theatres. In 2013 she moved to Oslo to pursue her acting career, where she still works as a freelance actor, always continuing to educate herself with new classes and more experience.

In addition to acting, she has several years of experience with competing in bikini fitness, both on a national and international level. She also practices tae kwon do and has several years of experience from different dancing styles.

She recently attended AIPAs international masterclass IAM in Los Angeles, working with the biggest casting directors in the business.

Patrick Finzi

Currently studies acting at The Norwegian Institute of Acting in Oslo. Also attended North Park University in Chicago where he minored in Political Science. Has acted in several short films in both Norway and USA. He also has a part in director Martin Sofiedal’s upcoming feature film ”Benjamin Falck & the ghost dagger” where he plays feared pirate ”Issuf Ali”.

Asbjørn Røen Halsten

Studied acting at NISS in Oslo from 2009-2011. Has since acted in a handful short films, high profile commercials (including work for Statoil, Unibet and Peugeot) and feature film ”Utburd”.

Martin Sofiedal – Director

Born 1985 in Oslo. Film education from the Noroff Institute (2004-05) and Westerdals (2007-10).

Got his big international breakthrough in 2014 with the fan film ”Uncharted: Ambushed”, based on the Playstation game with the same name. It garnered attention from film and game magazines from all around the world, including The Hollywood Reporter. It was also well received by the developers of the game, as well as one of the producers of the upcoming feature film adaption, currently in production at Sony Pictures.

His short film ”Selfie Standoff” has won an award at the One-Reeler Short Film Competition (LA) and was part of the official selection at Los Angeles Lift-Off Film Festival and Chicago Comedy Film Festival in 2016. His latest short film ”Instapocalypse” was recently awarded “Video of the week” by Awardeo.tv and is selected to be part of Cinequest Film & VR Festival in San José.

He is the in-house director at Go Electra, a production company in Oslo. His commercial work includes films for Deloitte, Mercedes-Benz, Telenor, Statoil and LHL (National Association for heart and lung sickness), the latter won an award at the Cannes Corporate Media & TV Awards.

”Benjamin Falck & The Ghost Dagger” is his feature film debut, for which he also wrote the script.
