MoliFilms Entertainment Ltd. is a British Film Production Company structured for qualifying investors to take advantage of the tax benefits provided by an HMRC approved EIS Scheme.

The company is built on the MoliFilms brand founded in late 2010 by Brad Moore and Mark Foligno with the intention of producing a slate of feature films. Gareth Maxwell Roberts subsequently joined the team and three feature films have been successfully produced and distributed internationally. Both Best Laid Plans and The Rise have enjoyed considerable festival success, with The Rise receiving its world premiere at the 2012 Toronto Film Festival and its European premiere at the 2012 London Film Festival. It went on to screen at the prestigious 2012 Dinard Festival and the high profile 2013 Rotterdam Film Festival. Montana is due for release in late 2013/early 2014. Each film has been distributed by a major UK distributor.

MoliFilms has selected top directing talent such as treble BAFTA-winner David Blair, BFI and BIFTA nominated Rowan Athale and the commercially prolific Mo Ali. Montana was directed by Mo Ali whose debut film Shankproduced for £270,000, accrued in excess of £1.6m in revenues. Mark Foligno was an executive producer on Shankand oversaw post-production.

The MoliFilms team possesses a depth of experience in all aspects of film making from post-production, script development, film directing, film finance, marketing, sales and distribution. The Company’s focus is selecting, developing and producing commercial mainstream feature films with the potential for outstanding returns.

The Company has been established to produce and distribute mainstream films that the MoliFilms Entertainment team believe offer the potential of commercial success in the UK and international film markets. These films will be conceived primarily for the UK market but will offer a strong international appeal.

MoliFilms Entertainment wish to build upon this successful model and produce bigger films with robust budgets and marquee casts that appeal to and perform well in both the international and domestic markets. This method of film making is reverse-engineered; we take great time to ensure that the production budgets match the films’ potential market value. MoliFilms Entertainment will be a commercially-motivated standalone business.
